Paste a long document and get a structured summary back. Useful for tender docs, specifications, and meeting transcripts.

Description

A simple in-browser tool that takes a long text input and produces a structured summary. Default sections: one-line gist, key dates, decisions, action items, and risks or open questions.

The summary is generated using an external language model API, routed through our backend so the API key stays hidden. Inputs are not stored on our side.

Who it's for

Anyone who receives long documents (tender packs, specifications, meeting transcripts) and needs to triage them quickly.

How to use

Once live:

  1. Open the tool.
  2. Paste your document (text only — strip formatting if needed).
  3. Optionally pick a summary style (executive / technical / risk-focused).
  4. Get the summary back. Copy or save.

Data and security

When you submit text, it travels to our backend, then to a language model API for processing. Your input is not stored on our servers and not retained by the AI provider in our integration. The page will explicitly state which provider is used.

Do not paste anything you wouldn't paste into a third-party AI service. If you handle confidential client documents under an NDA, anonymise the text first or run a local summariser instead.
